SAY THE DAY · KEEP THE FEELING

One minute of talking, at the end of the day.

I'll keep what it meant.

Still here.

THE THREE SCREENS

Speak, read, and then it's kept.

There is no feed, no editor, no dashboard. Three screens, and the third one you only visit when you want to look back.

Still here.

Speak

The orb moves with your voice. Nothing to press but stop.

ONE READING · 2:41 SPOKEN

Quietly relieved

The day pushed back, and then it gave something up — and you noticed.

WEIGHEDLIFTED

WHAT LIFTED YOU

  • fixed the onboarding with Maya
  • the long walk home

WHAT WEIGHED

  • standup ran long

I had forgotten how good that feels.

Read

One feeling, the words behind it, and your own sentence quoted back.

Past nights

23 nights, read back.

Thu 14Quietly relieved
Wed 13Wrung out
Tue 12Steady

Look back

A month of nights as one shape — never a score.

THE WHOLE LOOP

Four steps, then the night is over.

01

Say the day.

One minute of talking, out loud, at the end of the night. There is nothing to type.

02

I'll read it back.

I listen to the whole thing, then name one feeling — and show you the words of yours that led me there.

03

You decide what it was.

I can be wrong. Move it, or name it yourself. What you say it was is what I keep.

04

It's kept.

No score, no streak to protect, nothing to answer. The night is over and the app gets out of the way.

ONE READING

One feeling, with the evidence.

Never a verdict handed down. The reading names what it heard, shows the words it heard it in, and leaves the last word to you.

The day pushed back, and then it gave something up — and you noticed.

WEIGHEDLIFTED
  • fixed the onboarding with Maya
  • the long walk home
  • called Mum
  • standup ran long
  • defending work I'd already finished

I had forgotten how good that feels.

YOUR WORDS, 2:41

WHAT IT WON'T DO

It never tells you what to do.

A journal that gives advice is a journal you start performing for. This one has no opinion about your day beyond what you said about it.

No advice.

It won't suggest, coach, or tell you what tomorrow should look like.

No diagnosis.

It names a feeling in plain words. It is not a clinician and never claims to be.

No congratulation.

Streaks are shown, never celebrated. There is nothing here to win.

No red.

Colour only ever means feeling — warm for what lifted, cool for what weighed. Nothing else.

YOUR NIGHTS

A recording doesn't outlive its reading.

The recording goes to my server to be written down and read, then it's deleted — usually within a few minutes. If a reading doesn't come together, I keep it so you can try again.

Your transcript and what I read stay until you delete them.

Deleting a night deletes its recording, transcript and reading. Deleting your account deletes all of them.

If you'd rather keep your own recordings, there's a switch for that in the app. It is off until you turn it on, and turning it back off deletes the ones being held.

LANGUAGES

English and German, all the way through.

Both the app and everything it writes you — the reading, the closing sentence, the emails. Pick a language, or let it follow your phone.

Start tonight.

One minute of talking, and it's kept.
